Martha (Marti) Steiner is the senior Workers’ Compensation Paralegal for Mayo Law. Marti works with the client’s cases from the report of the incident through settlement.
Marti coordinates medical treatments and records with the insurance company’s attorneys and communicates with our clients throughout the process. Marti works closely with the attorney on settlement negotiations and schedules conferences with the Worker’s Compensation Judges when necessary.
Marti resides in Franklin Park with her husband and two Labrador Retrievers.
